Admission to KidsBee Private Nursery
Admissions are open year-round, subject to available spaces.
Required Documents
For first-time enrollment in a childcare facility, the following documents are required:
• A copy of the child’s birth certificate
• Child’s health and preventive care card, completed by the family doctor
• Microbiology and parasitology tests – conducted no earlier than 15 days before the child’s enrollment in the kindergarten
• Blood and urine tests – conducted within one week prior to the child’s enrollment in the kindergarten
• Health card and immunization record (the child must have received all age-appropriate vaccinations according to the Bulgarian immunization schedule)
• Medical clearance note confirming that the child is clinically healthy and has not been in contact with acute infectious diseases (valid for 3 days)
For transferring a child from another childcare facility, the following documents are required:
• Child’s health card maintained at the previous facility, including the last attendance date
• Medical clearance note confirming that the child is clinically healthy and has not been in contact with acute infectious diseases (valid for 3 days)
• Child’s health and preventive care card, completed by the family doctor
• Immunization record (the child must have received all age-appropriate vaccinations according to the Bulgarian immunization schedule)
• Health declaration form provided by the kindergarten
